Melasta Corporation,was incorporated by three companies,headquartered in Shenzhen ,a professional manufacturer of rechargeable battery,audio,communications and information technology products for the consumer and professional markets. Its Lithium polymer battery,LifePo4, Li-ion and NIMH battery make us one of the most comprehensive rechargealbe battery suppliers in China.                                                                                         

MELASTA is engaged in the production and sales of rechargeable batteries and in different models . Our production facilities produce  according to the newest  international standards  such as ISO14000, CE, KC, CB, ROH S etc.                       
MELASTA has supplied different format cells include cylindrical shape, prismatic shape, curved shape ranging from 30mah to 20AH, the proven Li-polymer cell's design increases energy density to as high as 250 Wh/kg in high energy cell's con figurations.

Melasta's mainly products cover as follow:

1. Polymer Lithium-ion batteries(LiPo): our Lipo cells can be designed from 30mAh to 15,000mAh, cells’ thickness range from 2mm to 11mm in all prismatic types. And the highest max plus discharge rate can be range from 3C to 60C. Such as LP9759156 3.7V 10000mAh 5C and LP9759156 3.7V 8000mAh 35C, mostly, these high power batteres are apply to E-Bike, GPS, iRobot, RC models, Racing cars, Medical equipments and other special products design which need high drain batteries.

2. Cylindrical LiFePO4 is a kind of rechargeable batteries with high theoretical capacity, excellent cycle life (about 2000 times) and good performance at high temperature (about 70℃),  and it has the trends to be applied in Hybrid Electric Vehicles, E-Bikes and GPS tracker, Medical devices etc electronic products for the safety factors. Melasta LiFePO4 Batteries' capacity can be range from 40mAh to 12000mAh, and the discharge rate from about 1C to 20C, like IFR18650 1,100mAh 20C drain and IFR26650 2200mAh 20C drain. And our factory also produce prismatic polymer LiFePO4 battery now, such as LFP80120125 3.3V 10000mAh and LFP8870170 3.3V 9Ah

3.Ni-MH Battery: Our cylindrical NiMH cells based on sintering design, 2/3AAA , AAA, AA, SC, D size with various capacity. And our Sub-C batteries have perfect performance in high rate discharge(30A), storage, cycle life features. What's more, we can provide the right power solutions for professional power tools, household clearner and robot machine etc.

4. Emergency car start-up backup power-- the capacity can be from 12000mAh (44.4Wh) to 50000mAh (184.5Wh), and it has several different output voltage to switch (5V, 12V, 19V etc), the biggest advantage is it can discharge 200A (peak 400A) to start the car in emergency. The items can charge for your Laptop, iPhone, iPad, camera and other devices.

5. Portable LiPo battery electric / solar power bank, the capacity can be from 1000mAh (3.7Wh) to 23000mAh (85.1Wh), and it also has several different output voltage to switch (5V, 12V, 19V etc), what's more the power bank can recharge by the sunlight directly due to there are an high efficiency solar panel insert in it, so you can charge your laptop, smartphone, camera and other devices anytime anywhere. 

And for the electric bike, electric scooter, electric wheelchair and electric golf cart, we can provide 24V 9Ah, 24V 10Ah, 24V 20Ah, 36V 9Ah, 36V 10Ah, 48V 24Ah etc. with shell or without shell in both Lipo and LiFePO4 type.

For the LiPo battery and LiFePO battery, customized design is acceptable.
