Melasta.net guarantees our product quality and your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (plus tax if applicable), or credit or replacement. Q3: What are required to return the products?
Within the 30 days of your purchase, you can return the products to us for refund of the purchased price (plus tax if applicable), or credit or replacement. You need the following to return a product to us:

IF the return is caused by our error or defective products, we will pay for the shipment to send you the replacement. If there is no error on our part and product is not defective, we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee.
